Opening Spring 2024

Coming in Spring 2024, a new mat and apparatus studio is set to open its doors in Lavant. I'm also thrilled to announce i'll be joining forces with Gina Graig, the familiar face behind BE:Poised Pilates in the Fishbourne area, we plan to cohabit the space, each operating under our own brands. Anticipate a diverse array of classes, including mat Pilates, virtual sessions, and Pilates apparatus too. We'll keep you updated on our progress as we embark on this journey.
