Private 1:1 Reformer or Mixed Apparatus.
If you're new to Pilates Apparatus and have never tried it before, some initial one-on-one sessions are a great way to get started. We’ll guide you through the fundamentals and help prepare you for a class setting.
Alternativley if you prefer Private reformer or mixed apparatus sessions we can deliver a personalised experience crafted to cater to your specific needs and goals. These exclusive sessions grant you the opportunity to work closely with Claire, receiving focused attention, a tailored program and guidance throughout.

Introduction to Reformer or Mixed Apparatus.
If you're curious about Pilates Apparatus but haven't experienced it yet, but find the investment in a private session too dear, or simply wish to share the session with a friend or family member, group induction sessions are the perfect fit. In these sessions, you'll be introduced to the basics and seamlessly prepared for group classes. These sessions maintain a personalised touch, allowing you to enjoy the benefits of working closely with us. You'll receive individual attention, benefit from a program tailored to your needs, and be guided every step of the way. Group Tower Classes
A beautifully supportive spring-based system that offers the depth and precision of the Trapeze Table (Cadillac) in a streamlined format. Using spring resistance from multiple angles, along with bars, straps, and roll-down attachments, the Tower creates both support and challenge in equal measure.
Tower classes are wonderfully balanced: strong yet controlled, dynamic yet deeply restorative. The springs can assist movement to help you find alignment and flow, or add resistance to build strength and stability through your whole body.
Expect a thoughtfully structured session that enhances core strength, posture, mobility, and coordination, all while encouraging mindful movement and that satisfying sense of length and lift Pilates is known for..
Group Mixed Apparatus
In these classes, you’ll get the chance to explore and work with an array of apparatus, including the Reformer, Trapeze table (Cadillac), Chair, Ladder barrel and even incorporate extras like mats, resistance bands, magic circles, and low barrels.
This class delivers a vibrant and diverse exercise session, leveraging the unique advantages of each piece of equipment to present new challenges for the body. Attendees can look forward to enhancing their strength, flexibility, balance, and body consciousness, all within an encouraging and energising group atmosphere.
