Four Pillars of Women’s Wellness
In this empowering talk, Dr. Liz Leek — a local GP and Integrative Doctor with a focus on uncovering the root causes of women’s health issues — explored the four essential pillars of wellbeing: nutrition, sleep, movement, and emotional nourishment. These core elements play a vital role in hormone balance and overall health.
Dr. Liz offered attendees a deeper understanding of the menstrual cycle, the key hormones involved, how they’re produced, and — most importantly — how simple, sustainable lifestyle changes can help bring hormones back into balance and support long-term wellbeing.
